Notifications
Notifications keep you up to date on proposal reviews, mentions, replies, and integration alerts. Open them from the notification bell at the top of the expanded sidebar, or go directly to the Notifications page.
Your notifications
Section titled “Your notifications”Notifications are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, and so on), newest first. Unread ones show a dot and are highlighted. Click a notification to open what it points to - for example, a proposal to review or a brand to switch into. Clicking also marks it as read.
A mention or reply takes you to the comment itself: the campaign or document opens with the right rail on Comments and that comment highlighted, so you do not have to find the thread yourself.
To clear a single notification, hover over it and click the X to dismiss it. To mark everything read at once, use Mark All Read in the top right (it appears when you have unread notifications).

- Integration alerts, such as when a connection needs to be reconnected
Browser notifications
Section titled “Browser notifications”By default, MX shows a banner offering to enable browser alerts so you get notified about mentions and replies even when the tab is in the background. Click Enable and allow notifications in your browser prompt.
If you previously blocked alerts, the banner tells you they are blocked - you will need to re-enable notifications for MX in your browser settings. On browsers that do not support notifications, the banner says alerts are not supported.
