Organization settings
Manage your organization’s name and logo, invite teammates, and understand what admins can do that members cannot. Only organization admins can open this page.
Organization settings
Section titled “Organization settings”Open Org Admin in the sidebar, then Organization. From here you can update your organization’s name and logo through the embedded organization profile. Changes apply across the whole organization.
Invite teammates
Section titled “Invite teammates”On the same Organization page, invite people to your organization by email and manage the members who already belong to it. Invited teammates get access once they accept and sign in.
Everyone in the organization is either an admin or a member. Members can create and work on brands, campaigns, flows, documents, and chats. Admins can do everything a member can, plus a set of organization-wide actions.
Admins can:
- Open the Org Admin area (dashboard, AI usage, and the sub-pages below)
- Change organization name, logo, and manage teammates
- Set up org-wide Integrations like Slack and API access
- Manage Organization Knowledge files
- Build and publish Workflow Templates
- Delete brands and restore or purge them from trash
- Permanently delete items and empty the trash
Members do not see the Org Admin area, and they cannot permanently delete items or empty the trash.
