Klaviyo dashboard

Once a brand is connected to Klaviyo, the Klaviyo page shows that brand’s campaign, flow, and list performance. This page covers what you see there and how to keep it current.

MX only reads data from Klaviyo. It pulls your campaign, flow, and list performance and stores it as a snapshot. MX never pushes changes back to Klaviyo, and it does not create or schedule campaigns or flows there. You still send everything from inside Klaviyo.

The Klaviyo dashboard needs a connected brand. Each brand connects with its own Klaviyo private API key. If you have not connected one yet, follow Adding a Klaviyo API key, then come back here.

The dashboard always shows the brand currently selected in the sidebar. Switch brands to see a different brand’s data. If the brand is not connected, open the brand and go to its Integrations tab to add a key.

The page has three tabs:

  • Campaigns - your sent, scheduled, and draft campaigns with open, click, and bounce rates and (when available) email revenue. Search by name and filter by status.
  • Flows - your flows with open and click rates, plus how many are live. Search by name and filter by status (Live, Manual, Draft, Paused).
  • Lists - your Klaviyo lists.

Each tab shows summary metric cards at the top and a searchable table below. When there is no revenue to show, the fourth campaign card shows total campaigns instead.

On the Campaigns tab, use the time window buttons to change the reporting period: 7d, 30d, 60d, and 90d. The summary cards and the label under them update to the window you pick. Flow metrics use their own reporting window, shown as a badge on the Flows tab.

Klaviyo data is a saved snapshot, not a live feed. MX refreshes each connected brand automatically once a day. To pull the latest numbers yourself, click Refresh data in the top-right. Refreshing can take a minute; a banner shows the previous data while the new snapshot loads.

A few things to know:

  • Only brand admins and editors see the Refresh data button. If you do not have access, ask a brand admin to refresh.
  • The footer shows which Klaviyo account you are connected to and when the data was last updated.
  • If the snapshot is more than seven days old, MX shows a “This data may be out of date” banner with a refresh action.
  • If a refresh fails, MX keeps showing the last good snapshot and explains what went wrong. If your key stopped working, open the brand’s Integrations tab to reconnect it.
